ブランド「=K+」の「 Ｋ」は「Kyoto」「Kumagai」「Kyoto ware」「Kiyomizu ware」、「＋」はデザイナー、アーティストとのコラボレーションを意味しています。「=K+」は様々な分野の第一線で活躍するデザイナーと、株式会社 熊谷聡商店が育んできた京焼・清水焼の技とのコラボレーションにより新たな価値を生み出しています。

K in “=K+” stands for Kumagai, Kyoto, Kyoto ware, Kiyomizu ware. Plus (+) represents the collaboration with designers and artists. 「=K+」 is a collaboration brand between renowned designers from different fields and Kumagai Co.,Ltd.. The birth marks the start of a new development of Kyotoware-Kiyomizuware.
